I think skincare is often times the most neglected part of self care. I know, for myself, it is the first thing that gets cut out of my routine because of either time or money. I’m rushing in the morning or too tired in the evening. Or I just don’t have the funds to pay for all the things all at once! I live in a dry climate, so it is important for me to moisturize my skin. This day cream has SPF and has a lighter texture so it wears well under makeup. This Wrinkle Repair line by Neutrogena has retinol (helps trigger collagen production) and hyaluronic acid (helps hold moisture).

The skin around the eyes is so incredibly delicate, so it is essential to use an eye cream. This particular one is lightweight and easily absorbs. I put it on in the morning and in the evening.
To round out my routine, I have one luxury indulgence! I use the Jo Malone body creme before bed. I bought it for myself for my birthday and it has lasted for about 5 months of regular evening use. It has been absolutely worth the price not only because the product is deeply moisturizing and the fragrance is divine, but because I look forward to using it every evening. It is the perfect way to close out my day.
